About How I Care
How I Care was founded in 2020 with a simple yet powerful belief: that genuine care has the ability to transform lives, strengthen communities, and create a better future for the next generation.
What began as a vision has grown into a purpose-driven social enterprise committed to empowering individuals through education, innovation, and meaningful action.
From the very beginning, our purpose has extended beyond creating products. We set out to develop practical tools, educational programmes, and experiences that help people build self-awareness, strengthen social awareness, and develop the confidence to navigate life's challenges with resilience, empathy, and purpose.
As our journey has evolved, so has our impact.
Today, How I Care partners with schools, educators, organisations, and communities across Asia to deliver workshops, create educational resources, develop learning videos, and provide innovative wellbeing tools that support children and young people both inside and beyond the classroom.Our work is guided by a simple belief: when individuals learn to care for themselves, they are better equipped to care for others, and together they create stronger families, healthier communities, and a more compassionate society.
What makes How I Care unique is our commitment to creating sustainable impact. Rather than relying solely on donations, we have built a business that reinvests a portion of the profits generated through our products, programmes, and services back into expanding our educational initiatives and community partnerships.
This allows every purchase to become part of something greater helping us provide resources, deliver workshops, and create opportunities for schools and communities at no cost to many of our partners.

The Beginning of How I Care
How I Care was founded with a vision to nurture healthier learning minds and empower individuals through education, personal growth, and purposeful action.
2022
Building Educational Partnerships
Our journey led us to begin meeting with the Ministry of Education in Thailand, laying the foundation for meaningful collaboration with schools and a shared commitment to supporting educators, and students.
2024
Growing Beyond Borders
As our mission expanded, so did our team. We welcomed talented individuals from across different countries, strengthening our ability to develop programmes, resources, and initiatives that create lasting impact throughout Asia
2025
Seeds of Hope Takes Root
We proudly launched our Seeds of Hope school workshops in Thailand, partnering with schools to equip students with My Journal and deliver interactive wellbeing programmes that encourage self-awareness, social awareness, emotional wellbeing, and positive daily habits.

Turning Vision into Lasting Impact
Our mission continues to grow through meaningful action.
This year we have proudly:

A message from our CEO
Our journey began with a simple but profound observation: while education has long been a cornerstone of progress, conventional systems often leave critical gaps unaddressed. Emotional intelligence, social awareness, equitable access across socioeconomic backgrounds, and the connection between theory and real-world application are too often overlooked. Yet these are the very skills that shape resilient individuals, strong communities, and meaningful lives.
At How I Care, it's about nurturing the heart and mind. It is about cultivating confidence, empathy, problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and the mindset needed to navigate an ever-changing world. We work to bridge the gap between knowledge and application, opportunity and access, and personal growth and collective impact.
